Performance management: identificação de escalas de mensuração a partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

A Performance management (PM) é um fator com contribuição significativa para o sucesso organizacional e chave para encontrar a melhor gestão, eficiência e prosperidade. Dado o seu potencial de aprimoramento organizacional tanto no setor privado, quanto público, e sua dificuldade de mensuração objetiva, propôs-se este artigo com o objetivo de identificar escalas de mensuração de PM. Para tal fim, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática de literatura, baseando-se no modelo PRISMA, para encontrar perspectivas e analisar a construção das escalas de mensuração passíveis de aplicação. Foram encontradas 24 publicações que após aplicação de filtro com os critérios de elegibilidade, foram reduzidas para 05, as quais foram devidamente inseridas para a análise qualitativa e descritiva desta pesquisa. Como principais conclusões, é possível afirmar a diferença considerável entre as perspectivas dos autores proponentes das escalas para mensurar PM, o resultado de uma única escala construída e validada exclusivamente para mensurar PM e o grande potencial de aplicação da mensuração do construto para o aprimoramento organizacional.
