UMA BREVE ANÁLISE SEMIOLINGUÍSTICA DE "E SE EU FOSSE PURA", DE AMARA MOIRA

Abstract

Literature - not only seen as a field of study, but as a form of fight and resistance against oppressions - has become an important ally for social transformation, since the works considered "classical", until those that belong to the so-called contemporary literature. From feminist literature to LGBTQIAP+ literature, the representative perspective has gained strength, in addition it is a true “sigh” in the midst of a society built and crossed by cisheteronormativity, racism, chauvinism, patriarchy and so many forms of oppression, as was the formation of Brazilian society . The book “E se eu fosse pura” writting by Amara Moira, which will be used as an object of analysis, is a literary text that makes us re-signify and (re)think the stereotypes that society imposes on us, mainly those related to women sex workers, popularly known as "whores". Therefore, this text aims to analyze some excerpts from that work, using the communication situation framework and the modes of discourse organization, brought by the Semiolinguistic Discourse Analysis, proposed by the linguist Patrick Charaudeau.
