The contribution of the school council to the quality of the teaching-learning process

Abstract

The article presents a reflection on the role of the school board in ensuring the quality of the teaching-learning process and aims to describe how school boards work. The following qualitative methodology was used, and the following questions are asked: what are the organizations of pedagogical action and school planning, factors that favor good quality management, importance of continuing education for the quality of learning for all in school. And how should school boards work? With this in mind, the final consideration was that it is necessary to build an education management system that democratically permeates all school spaces and create an education that is simultaneously disciplined and loving. The responsibility of those in charge of educational management should be to lead, coordinate and manage efforts in order to build an environment in which creativity, the search for new experiences, teamwork, the willingness to always learn and the calm monitoring of changes are constant.
