Utilização de oficinas educacionais para estímulo a compreensão de pacientes sobre o tratamento anticoagulante

As Clínicas Especializadas em Anticoagulação são importantes para orientar os pacientes em tratamento quanto à posologia, interações e efeitos adversos dos anticoagulantes, promovendo maior segurança e eficácia terapêutica. O objetivo deste artigo é compreender o entendimento dos pacientes sobre o tratamento anticoagulante, antes e após a participação em oficinas educacionais promovidas pelo ambulatório de anticoagulação. O artigo traz a descrição de uma experiência de caráter qualitativo, no qual foram feitas entrevistas e posterior análise de seu conteúdo. O estudo foi realizado em um hospital público geral, em Minas Gerais, que atende pacientes com indicação de uso de Varfarina. Enquanto esperavam o resultado da coleta de sangue para mensuração do RNI, os pacientes participaram de oficinas educacionais, que foram divididas em 4 temas. Aos pacientes que aceitaram participar da pesquisa eram apresentadas fotografias, e tais pacientes eram questionados se essas fotos lembravam algo relacionado ao tratamento. Após a coleta dos dados e transcrição das entrevistas, os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. As oficinas propiciaram importante troca de experiências entre os participantes, mostrando que a comunicação é importante para compreender melhor os problemas de saúde e tratamento. As fotografias se mostraram importantes ferramentas para resgatar a memória, pois os relatos dos entrevistados após as oficinas mostraram-se mais ricos em aprendizados e vivências.
