Despigmentação do xarope: uma proposta experimental inventiva

O processo de ensino e aprendizagem de Ciências requer do professor o uso de práticas didáticas que aproxime os estudantes dos conteúdos que estão sendo discutidos no ambiente escolar. Diante disto, este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar o potencial formativo ao elaborar uma atividade experimental inventiva, sem roteiros prontos, utilizando materiais alternativos. Por meio da experimentação inventiva, conseguimos tornar o estudante o centro da construção do conhecimento, além de tornar tangível a relação química e cotidiano que muitos estudantes relatam não compreender.
