HISTORY OF ASTRONOMY - A TRANSDISCIPLINARY PROPOSAL

This work is the result of a research of Scientific Initiation in Education in Astronomy and Transdisciplinarity. The theme of the History of Astronomy was presented at an online event called I Virtual Seminar of Astronomy at UESB, with the presence of 63 people, among them teachers, students and people who lived with the authors. The lecture was developed addressing points related to the theme with a transdisciplinary approach, chosen for the great potential to place Astronomy among other areas. The resources used were slides that featured a timeline marking periods or discovery, in addition to the software (Space Engine). An online questionnaire for data collection was made available to participants at the end of the lecture. 93.1% evaluated the proposal presented as satisfactory. We conclude that the proposal has achieved the desired objective and that some improvements can be made. We understand that we lead listeners to reflect on the importance of preserving the planet and arouse the curiosity and interest of many.
