This paper revisits data from a 2022 study on SAGRES, the academic information system used at the Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia (UESB), to examine how its users perceived their experience of use during that period. The reanalysis starts from an important distinction: interaction problems, slowness, instability, distrust in the service, and functional coverage can all appear together in the user's experience, yet they do not belong to the same quality domain. Based on responses from 43 participants, the study revisits the original instrument, separates the items most directly related to interaction from those associated with the perceived behavior of the service, and compares these results with the strengths and weaknesses reported freely by respondents. The findings point to a predominantly unfavorable interaction experience, marked especially by difficulties with navigation, consistency, and perceived performance, while participants nonetheless recognize value in the academic functions the system offers. Based on this contrast, the paper proposes a three-axis analytical framework: perceived interaction/usability, perceived service behavior, and perceived functional adequacy. The proposal does not constitute a new scale, but a way of organizing evidence of distinct natures and guiding future evaluations of academic systems.
