Letramento em saúde de mulheres que realizam o teste de papanicolau na atenção básica

O estudo tem por objetivo identificar evidências científicas sobre o nível de letramento em saúde de mulheres que realizam o teste de Papanicolau na atenção básica. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada na base de dados National Library of Medicine/PUBMED (PMC). Foram identificados 11 artigos publicados, em sua maioria, no ano de 2020 (27,3%), no Irã (18,2%). Quanto ao delineamento do estudo, sobressaiu o estudo descritivo (54,5%). Quase todas as publicações foram classificadas com nível de evidência VI-Estudos qualitativos ou descritivos (90,9%). Referente ao nome do instrumento utilizado para identificar o nível de LS, quatro estudos utilizaram o inquérito CAP (conhecimento, atitude e prática) (36,4%) e o questionário estruturado (36,4%), seguidos de entrevistas semi-estruturadas (9,1%) e questionário de alfabetização em saúde (18,2%), apresentando, em sua maioria, quanto ao nível de LS, baixo conhecimento (54,5%), seguido de alto conhecimento (27,3%), médio conhecimento (9,1%), e, nenhum conhecimento (9,1%). Conclui-se que as evidências científicas identificadas implicam na elaboração, implementação e avaliação de ações e políticas públicas de saúde, por parte dos enfermeiro e governos, que impactem na alfabetização em saúde das mulheres assistidas na atenção básica.
