Abstract

The modern way of teaching becomes more efficient if the visual demonstrations coexist with the theo-retical explanations. The tree-diagrams which first appeared in the 1960s had this concern: to teach showing. However, the author of the grammar neopedagogy noticed that those tree-graphics do not show important details of the syntax relationships. Therefore, the syntagrams were created based mainly on arrows. These ones demonstrate clearly the syntax facts. They connect the determinants to their determined. And that is crucial to analyze the structure of a sentence or longer texts. The synta-grams were established to fulfill the gaps which had been left by the diagrams created in the 1960s.
