APRENDENDO A UTILIZAR OS SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE DE URGÊNCIA

This paper describes the development and validation of the proposal of a child educative electronic game, which presents the Brazilian National Health System and encourages the exercise of citizenship regarding the calling of the health emergency services. It was a qualitative and descriptive study consisting of two stages: the first one describes the proposal of a virtual game board and the second one presents its validation by community teachers using as a methodological strategy of analysis: the Brazilian Collective Subject Discourse though Qualiquantisoft program. The game was proposed based on the constructs of cooperation and solidarity explored in contextual scenarios, given problem-situations and related pastimes. From the teachers discourse have emerged and discussed five key concepts. The game was positively evaluated regarding its adequacy to work the theme, since be used as teaching strategy that encourages the practice of critical and reflective child thinking.
