This paper analyzes the use of the pronouns "tu" and "você" and the verbal agreement in 40 comic strips of the Italian-Brazilian character Radicci, by the cartoonist Iotti. It was established, as a general goal, to verify whether the comic strips reveal regional marks of the orality of the gauchos with the use of "tu" and "você" as pronouns of the second person singular without the proper verbal agreement according to the standard norm related to "tu" and, as specific goals, investigating the occurrence and in which usage the application of the pronouns varied according to gender, age, schooling and if the character was bilingual or not. In addition to the theoretical review of the concepts of pronominal system, verbal agreement and the comic strip analysis, this study compared this results with Loregian-Penkal’s (2004). The data analysis revealed that the results of this work are relatively close to those obtained by the aforementioned author, in which the gaucho’s identification mark is the use of the pronoun "tu" without making the canonical agreement with the verb that accompanies it.
