This paper aims to present reflections on a postgraduate educational experience in the field of psychosocial care, based on three questions: What existences arise and what bodies do we carry when we conjugate the verb "aquilombar"? What existences arise and what bodies do we carry when we reinforce or deconstruct whiteness? What existences arise and what bodies do we carry when we produce and legitimize decolonial/countercolonial knowledge? These questions arise from the challenge of establishing an anti-racist decolonial educational practice. The classes became a collective experience that has been ongoing for a year and a half, its composition including intergenerational, interracial, and interprofessional relationships, health and education frontline workers, and listeners. Those who bear the marks and traumas of colonialism and coloniality must ground themselves in experiences of self-shattering and self-remaking. This is the most visceral educational practice to which we are condemned. The main characteristic of a countercolonial/decolonial antiracist education is one that forms and cultivates listeners and ears.
