Escurecimentos literários: autoria de ancestralidade negra na fundação da literatura infantil brasileira.

The article aims to replace children's literature produced by Afro-Brazilian authors in the critical history of Brazilian children's literature, with a view to rewriting this trajectory and collaborating with the formation of literature readers with anti-racist bases and woven in Afropoetics. In this text, I focus primarily on Gonçalves Crespo (1846-1883) and his work Contos para Nosso Filhos(1896), but I broaden the discussion to other Afro-descendant authors such as João do Rio (1881-1921), Ildelfonso Juvenal (1894-1965) and Mestre Didi (1917-2013) and the Afro-Brazilian author Ruth Guimarães (1920-2014) as precursors and members of the foundation of Brazilian children's and youth literature.
