Educational robotics has been consolidated as an innovative resource in the teaching and learning process by integrating technology, playfulness, and interdisciplinarity. This article presents a pedagogical practice carried out in the 1st grade of Elementary School in a public school in Caucaia-CE, in the second semester of 2025, which consisted of building a fruit piano using the Makey Makey board, articulated with literacy activities. The research, of an applied, exploratory, and participatory nature, involved 40 students organized into two classes and used participant observation, audiovisual records, and students’ productions as data collection instruments. The results showed that the proposal contributed to the development of reading and writing, to the understanding of spatial and mathematical notions, to reflection on healthy eating habits, and to creative exploration in the field of arts. It is concluded that the integration of the Makey Makey board into the early years curriculum enhances meaningful learning, values students’ prior knowledge, and expands cultural repertoire, constituting an innovative pedagogical practice and a promising path for future studies.
