Este projeto insere-se na linha de pesquisa Aprendizagem Individual (AI), Aprendizagem Organizacional (AO), Contextos e Desempenho, objetivando investigar o que e como os professores aprendem em ensino, pesquisa, extensão e gestão, a conversão de AI em AO, os papéis dos suportes organizacionais nessa conversão e os impactos de AI e AO sobre o desempenho dos docentes e da organização. Seus loci e sujeitos de pesquisa são a Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia (UESB) e seus docentes, e a Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) e seus docentes. Trata-se de pesquisa survey inferencial, com uso de Análise Fatorial Exploratória (AFE), Análise Fatorial Confirmatória (AFC), equações estruturais, correlações, estatísticas descritivas e regressões. Seus resultados podem contribuir para diagnosticar as competências individuais e organizacionais em ensino, pesquisa, extensão e gestão e seus impactos no desempenho. Essas informações são valiosas para promover uma maior aproximação entre objetivos de carreira dos docentes e as políticas das IES de formação de quadros e de desenvolvimento institucional, potencializando impactos nos indicadores objetivos e subjetivos de desempenho de docentes e de IES.
