Testimony: psychological and physical suffering of an experienced higher education teacher

This is a testimony about a process of intense and prolonged psychological and physical suffering experienced over 10 years by a higher education teacher. Its motivation is to stimulate reflections on the work in public HEIs and the roles we play, by omission or action, in the creation of these organizations and their practices. Taking as a reference the conception of organization as a social construction, its author implicates himself as an active subject in the structuring of this entity and its practices, and regulates that the report made may be subject to other versions.
