The present work analyzed the expansion and real estate valuation of the Itabaiana / Se urban network in the last twenty years. This is worked from an empirical-analytical perspective with a focus on qualitative and quantitative data. The growth of the Itabaiana urban space was boosted by the economic-industrial development and the opening of the BR-235.
