Professionals in the field of teaching are defined as the ability to put themselves in a situation with theoretical and experiential knowledge, hence professionalism is a deliberative-reflective. condition that builds the teacher to develop his pedagogical and curricular praxis. In this sense, a professional study implies a review of the formative trayectories, the disciplinary configuration and the educational experience of the subjects of education, in this sense, the educational
management becomes part of this task of qualification.
