Community educational model: strengthening education from social participation

Abstract

In this article, a documentary review on the community educational model and its impact on education is presented. A model that focuses on the integral formation of students, by involving the community in the planning and development of educational projects that adapt to their needs and realities. In addition, it is pointed out that the community educational model has gained relevance in recent years, being a response to the need for a more inclusive and democratic education. The authors emphasize that to implement this model it is necessary to have a strong commitment on the part of educational institutions and local communities. Also, careful planning is required to ensure that the proposed activities are relevant and effective in addressing the specific needs of each context. In conclusion, the article reveals that the community educational model can be an effective strategy to strengthen education and promote solidarity in the community. By involving different social actors in the training process, significant and relevant learning can be generated that contributes to the comprehensive development of students. This research is meritorious for researchers, teachers and institutions interested in implementing innovative teaching-learning models that promote greater social and community participation in the training process.
