Abstract

O objetivo deste texto é tecer algumas considerações sobre as mudanças ocorridas nos padrões tecnológicos e organizacionais do trabalho, particularmente as formas contemporâneas de disciplinamento do trabalho bancário. Essas reflexões são baseadas em dados de pesquisa realizada a respeito do cotidiano de trabalhadores bancários.
