Capital social e educação: condições para o desenvolvimento na reserva extrativista do Cajari

Este artigo trata da importância do capital social para a geração de capital humano nas áreas rurais. Focaliza as reservas extrativistas, em especial a Reserva Extrativista (Resex) do Rio Cajari, no estado do Amapá, onde as especificidades e os saberes locais, se bem orientados pelas políticas públicas voltadas para a educação, poderão ser instrumentos de um desenvolvimento baseado na participação e no respeito às características do território.
