Publications on Open Science in the ERIC database: a state of the art

Abstract

The movement to which Open Science is related has been gaining adherents all over the world. The aim of this article was to build an inventory of scientific productions indexed in the ERIC international database with regard to Open Science between 2019 and 2023. The methodological approach was based on research known as the State of the Art. The portal was searched on September 12 using the descriptor “open science” in the aforementioned database. This resulted in 19 papers that were analyzed in this study. The results showed that Open Science is a movement that has been gaining momentum in the last decade and that its purpose is to share knowledge in an expanded way so that it can allow for the replicability of research as an indispensable device for re-signifying reality.
