From Freire to Boal: theory and practice on the educational stage

The proposal of this work permeates the discovery of themes such as the dialectical and autonomous contributions of authors such as Paulo Freire and Augusto Boal, aiming at a classroom practice of the first cycle of elementary school, drawing a parallel between the practices and theories of the authors, in the construction of the autonomy of students from peripheral areas of the first cycle. Of a reflective nature and making use of the bibliographic reference of Paulo Freire and Augusto Boal, the present investigation makes dialogical articulations about the Pedagogy of Autonomy and the Theater of the Oppressed, the writing presents a discussion on the following issues such as, autonomy, the vision of theater as this liberating context, the possibilities of overcoming the branch between oppressors and oppressed and the contribution of education in this context. The points addressed aim to reflect within the context of critical looks, enabling new horizons within the context of autonomy, theater and education in the initial grades.
